SAMPLE PUB MENU

On Mondays and Tuesdays, we offer a simplified lunch menu featuring our selection of bar snacks and a traditional Pub Grub option.

Beautiful colours in this mornings delivery from @ampneybrookfarm This time of the year is just fantastic, and we’re so grateful to be able to work with such good produce.

Goat’s Curd, Asparagus, fantastic Greenery from @ampneybrookfarm and finished with a Wild Garlic Oil, the Wild Garlic freshly picked by our team just yesterday. A proper springtime dish, on the specials board for the next couple of days.

We smoke our own Salmon here at the New Inn. It is then served on top of a Rosti, with a Dill Creme Fraiche, and a fresh herb salad. So simple but so delicious.

It’s new special burger time, and this one might be the best yet.

We’ve gone back to our roots with a Fat Patty, joining it is a covering of Red Leicester, Louis’ Homemade Kimchi & a couple of the house Pickled Q’s.

The sun is out and it’s a beautiful day, which means cocktails in the sun, on the terrace. If you’re looking for a quiet corner away from the hustle and bustle of Cheltenham, we’ve got just the spot.
